Fair Rights Bureau™ – Sliding Scale Support Program

Fair Rights Bureau™

The Fair Rights Bureau™ is our dedicated support program for individuals and families facing financial hardship. We believe that justice and advocacy should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford it. This program offers sliding-scale pricing and compassionate support for clients who need help filing complaints, communicating with institutions, or addressing unresolved issues — at a rate they can manage.

Who Qualifies?

You may qualify for the Fair Rights Bureau™ if:

You are experiencing financial hardship
You earn below a moderate income threshold based on household size
You’ve been denied assistance elsewhere due to income just above the cut-off
You are unable to pay full service rates but still need help with a legitimate issue
We review each request case by case with both fairness and flexibility. We understand that income doesn't tell the whole story.

Pro Bono Support

In addition to our sliding-scale program, the Fair Rights Bureau™ reserves a limited number of monthly pro bono cases for individuals experiencing severe hardship who cannot afford any service fees.

We understand that sometimes people fall through the cracks of traditional systems — and we’re committed to making sure no one is turned away solely due to inability to pay.

If you’re unable to afford services and need urgent help, please indicate that in your contact form. We review pro bono requests on a first-come, first-reviewed basis each month.
